Poinsettia Order Form

Select the number of poinsettias you wish to order from the options below. For large orders, you can combine selections (3+4=7, for instance).

In the "Citation" box, indicate if you would like an "in honor of" or "in memory of" message in the bulletin.

After you have submitted the form, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.
