Our church covenant calls on us to be "an agent of evangelism and ministry in our community and around the world."
But, some of the evangelism and ministry we would like to be a part of is too big for us to do all by ourselves.
So, keeping that promise requires that we partner with other believers to join in what God wants done in our world. Where our mission and values align, we partner with other Baptist churches and agencies, and with other Christian organizations in voluntary and cooperative relationships.
We support the work of the Chowan Baptist Association, and in particular, its primary ministry, the operation of Camp Cale in Hertford NC.
We support the work of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, and, in particular, the ministry of the N.C. Baptist Children’s Homes, Wake Forest Baptist Health, and N.C. Baptists on Mission, especially their disaster relief efforts.
We also support the ministries of the Women's Missionary Union of North Carolina.
We work with Southern Baptist Convention agencies where our interests align, and support the work of missionaries at home and abroad through voluntary offerings at Christmas and Easter.
We also support the work of the Albemarle Pregnancy Resource Center and participate in the Operation Christmas Child project sponsored by Samaritan’s Purse.
For special projects, we have worked with churches affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and with local congregations of other denominations.
